Whilst working as a tax specialist within the Accountancy profession, John applied his legal skills and training to provide expert advice on the full spectrum of direct tax issues affecting owner-managed companies, their shareholders and directors. John is also well used to supporting other professionals operating in the OMB space and he always seeks to understand the commercial drivers, demystify complex topics and avoid tax jargon.
